Dr Lachlan Aldred - Senior Technology Product Owner
Lachlan is a qualified & experienced product management professional. Effective at moving products through planning, pre-production and production phases. Lachlan has a 10+ year track record of success in international and enterprise projects at scale. He works by understanding the business, setting budgets P&L, establishing clear goals, and leading the team toward achieving those goals while monitoring performance, and finding improvements.
Lachlan has been working as an innovation lead since 2011. He has built enterprise software that is currently being used in most local government departments (and universities) around Australia and New Zealand. He has led the digital transformation of an API banking platform within a large Australian bank and has led 200+ technology people in one of Australia’s largest companies. Under his leadership that company formed a multi-year strategy to digitally transform one of the largest asset bases in Australia.
In February 2024 an opportunity arose to solve problems for a very successful startup. Lachlan formed a management team and Technology Product Innovation was started!
